How to add page numbers to a PDF

  1. Choose a PDF file.
  2. Pick a format (1 or Page 1) and a position.
  3. Select Add Page Numbers and download the numbered PDF.

Good to know

  • Numbering starts at 1 on the first page.
  • Numbers are added on top of existing content. Check that they do not cover text near the page edge.
