Use PDFPilot only with files you are authorized to access and process. Do not use the service for unlawful activity or to violate another person’s rights.
Your files and responsibility
You remain responsible for the documents you select and the copies you download. Tools run locally in your browser. Keep a separate copy of important originals.
Service limits
PDFPilot is provided free and as-is, without warranties. Tools marked Coming Soon are not available. Processing may fail on malformed, encrypted, very large or unusual PDFs.
Intellectual property
PDFPilot’s branding and application code are separate from your documents. You keep any rights you hold in the files you process. The bundled pdf-lib and PDF.js libraries are used under their open-source licenses.
